**Company Overview**

Alexanders is a small, fast-growing, and award-winning removals and storage company based in TW4 which strives to treat every customer as an individual and exceed their expectations by understanding their needs, planning with excellence, and delivering with care.

**The Role**
- Provide written move quotations and client follow ups (circa 40 moves per month)
- Work closely with our team of surveyors
- Manage storage facility requirements and complete all administrative tasks
- Scheduling moves and conduct introductory calls with clients to keep them informed
- Prepare and execute all moves by coordinating the logistics as per quotes and customer requirements and provide instructions to the removals crew
- Manage equipment requirements for special assisted moves, within the company Health & safety guidelines
- Manage all client queries and manage any complaints
- Invoicing clients for services provided and monitoring feedback

**About You**:

- Business Development/Customer Service Administrator background, particularly in the luxury/brand, Removals, or property sectors is desirable.
- Self-motivated and driven to be successful
- extremely customer focussed
- Excellent attention to detail and administration/reporting skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- confident handle customer queries
- IT proficient, Word, Excel in particular
- Upselling skills to ensure the customer receives the best service possible
- Demonstratable experience of using a CRM system in a previous role
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and good attention to detail.

**Hours**:Full Time (perm), **Location**: London, **Salary**: £26K to £30K DOE, **Holiday**: 28 days inc. BH, **Benefits**: Workplace Pension & Free on-site Parking. Career Progression and training provided & post probation: Gym membership & Health Insurance
