**Package**: Competitive basic salary + OTE, car, laptop and mobile
**Territory**:Leinster - Dublin to Waterford
**Selling**:Roof Windows and rooflights
**Customers**: Building & timber merchants, contractors, regional house builders and installers

**THE ROLE - Territory Sales Manager**:

- Promoting an award winning range of roof windows for both flat and pitched roof projects, alongside a complimentary range of accessories
- Developing the relationship with national and independent building and timber merchants
- Supporting your branches to increase product awareness, and to increase commitment and sales across your area
- Whilst equally creating demand and winning business with contractors, regional house builders and local developers
- All business won will be back-sold through your network of merchants.

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**:

- You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution selling, equally comfortable new business winning and key account developing
- Applicants from within the construction industry will be readily received, whether your experience has been gained from a manufacturer, distributor, merchant...
- Although this is not essential, and my client will equally consider field sales professionals with general business-to-business sales backgrounds
- What is important, is that you are proactive, self-motivated and target driven, with excellent communication skills
