**Cyber Security Business Development Manager**
Are you passionate about sales and technology and love finding the right software solution for your customers?
A leading IT distributor I work very closely with is looking for a customer-centric Cyber Security Business Development Manager with a positive attitude, great communication and relationship building skills, an ethical sales mindset and a focus on providinga great customer experience.
You will be introducing and promoting leading cyber security brands Crowdstrike and Barracuda to new and existing customers.
They want you to set realistic, manageable and measurable goals for your personal development and will support you and ensure you are staying on track and feeling that you are adding value to the business by scheduling regular individual reviews with yourmanager.
This role will have you based in their central Dublin office (near Temple Bar) in a hybrid arrangement of 1 to 2 days a week in the office, and the rest split between remote working and client visits.
Ideally, you will have Crowdstrike and/or Barracuda sales experience, but if you have the right attitude, mindset and willingness to learn, this position can also suit someone with other software and tech sales experience They are a very friendly and supportiveemployer, so if you are the right culture fit and have the aforementioned transferable experience, they'll be happy to train you up on all things Cyber Security
**What we're offering**:
- €40,000 basic salary, plus a very achievable £30,000 in commission / bonus - they're determined to set you up for success
- A hybrid working arrangement - 1 to 2 days a week in the office, with the remainder split between remote work and client visits

**Key responsibilities**:
- Learning about current products and keeping up to date with Cyber Security, Crowdstrike and Barracuda technology advancements
- Promoting Crowdstrike and Barracuda products to new and existing customers
- Proactively identifying and bringing on board new Crowdstrike and Barracuda customers to deliver a solid pipeline of business
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with the vendor teams
- Converting current customers into Crowdstrike and Barracuda partners
- Ensuring you are working closely with the Crowdstrike and Barracuda teams and the internal security team for a successful alignment of goals and objectives
- Driving ORP's (Deal Registrations) from a focused list of partners as previously identified
- Managing the pipeline created from these partners above and any other pipeline created outside of the partners managed by Crowdstrike and Barracuda
- Take responsibility for the quote volume, value and conversion rate for your vendors/territory
- Attend any relevant shows & events which may be relevant to the business.
- Ensuring that all customers are provided with accurate proposals, collateral and other information as required
- Maintaining an agreed level of proactive contact daily with customers and the vendor
- Striving to hit and exceed sales targets and any other KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Ensuring that the internal CRM and other systems are up to date and all communications are recorded
- Engaging face-to-face, when required, with both the vendor and customers
- Professionally and ethically communicating and articulating their value proposition and strategy to prospective and current customers to differentiate the business from its competitors - excellent customer service is key
- Abiding by the business's commitment to providing the best customer success journey possible - they've been investing hugely in this field and building a team around this, and want the sales team to be an important and valued part of it
**Required experience**:
- Demonstrable experience and success in a similar role - ideally Crowdstrike and/or Barracuda-based, but transferable software sales experience is more than welcome. If you have the right mindset and approach to your work, more general tech sales experiencecan also be considered
