The Role & Responsibilities
- Dealing with HPI queries and ensuring HPI interest is correctly registered
- Producing and issuing Welcome letters, annual statements, VAT invoices
- Dealing with In Life Management queries from customers, brokers, dealers, and staff
- Arranging original documents to go off site
- Scanning required documentation to Ambit in a timely manner
- Providing Settlement Quotes & issue Settlement letters
- Producing Sales invoices and deal with settlement and invoice enquires
- Complete restructures on Ambit
- Liaising with other Departments to enhance and improve Customer Services and promote good business practice

The Person
- Experience within Customer Service essential
- Strong experience within banking or financial services
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new skills as the business grows enabling us to meet service standards
- Computer literate (good knowledge of MS Office suite - Excel, Word)
- Conscientiousness
