Position Summary
Due to an internal secondment, we have an exciting opportunity as Customer Service Executive to support the Americas, European and Middle East regions within Global Travel Retail on a 12 months fixed term contract. The Customer Service Executive’s role is responsible for ensuring all aspects of customer orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Through the job holder’s organisational and relationship building skills they will deliver excellent customer service and engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers to ensure delivery of our mission - “excellent execution to the point of purchase”.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all aspects of customer orders are processed in a timely manner
- Liaising closely with customers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
- Developing excellent relationships with key customer contacts and monitoring KPI’s daily
- Highlighting any issues proactively whilst considering our guiding principle - customers are at the heart of all we do
