**Interim Financial Accountant | Software Tech Company | 6 Month Contract | Fully Remote**

Harmonic are delighted to have partnered with an established software tech company in their search for interim support, this role will sit outside IR35. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Financial Accountant who is ready to hit theground running on a 6-month contract with the very strong likelihood of becoming permanent.

With offices based in scenic East Wales, the client is offering the opportunity to work remotely following an initial onboarding period. The commute will require a driving as there are limited transport links to the office. The business has a strong, non-corporateculture with a fantastic team of exceptionally bright, intelligent people who are excited to build a tech success story.

**The Role**

The role gives the opportunity to work closely alongside a highly experienced CFO who has a strong track record in professional development of his colleagues. Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Managing balance sheet reconciliations for mid-month and month end.
- VAT reporting for UK and international entities.
- Support on annual audits - liaising external auditors and internal departments to complete audits
- Ownership of multi entity/currency accounting.
- Ad hoc tasks where required

**Essential Skills.**
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Financial reporting experience under IFRS
- Experience working in companies with turnovers exceeding £10 million
- Worked with multiple currencies.

**Bonus Skills.**
- Strong working understanding of US GAAP or Sarbanes Oxley
- Regulated industries experience (e.g. Financial Services)

**Offered Package**:£425-525 (outside IR35)

**Start date**:ASAP

**Length of contract**:6 months (With the strong potential of temp-to-perm).
