**Specialist resourcer**

**Remote** (Office in Theale twice a month)

Clarify are growing rapidly within all areas of our business and as a result, we are looking for a Specialist Resourcer to join our high performing Talent Practice team

**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct initial telephone interview/screenings
- Managing Job Adverts on Job boards and LinkedIn
- General Administration to recruitment activities

**Skills**
- Effective diary management.
- Previous experience working as a Recruitment Resourcer is advantageous
- Good telephone manner
- Pro-active, Driven, enthusiastic and willing to succeed
- Excellent time management skills being able to manage numerous roles at once.
- You must be reliable, conscientious and be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

This role can be worked on a remote basis however travel to the office based in Theale would be required twice a month. Salary is also flexible depending on experience + quarterly bonus.
