Resource Specialists

AWE is recruiting for x 2 Resource Specialists to join a growing team to support the successful delivery of HSE, Quality and Enterprise Excellence functional services across the business by ensuring skilled resources are available, competent, and appropriately deployed.

Location - Reading/Basingstoke area

Package - £32,000- £41,000 (depending on suitability and level of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the delivery of business forecasting and headcount against budget.
- Support the delivery of a complete resource plan, ensuring that the plan reflects any changes to the resources available and the demand.
- Support the build of management information packs relating to resourcing.
- Support the maintenance of the Resource tracking tools within the function.
- Liase with hiring managers as required to support the recruitment process.
- Provide ongoing support relating to recruitment, training, and development of the business.
- The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.

To be successful within this role you will have:

- Highly analytical
- Able to quickly interpret and articulate data sets to support management decision making. Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel
- Experience in dealing with stakeholders at all levels, particularly senior management.
- Willing and able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role.
