This is a great opportunity for a bright and ambitious individual to join a high-growth financial advisory business as an Employee Benefits Consultant. The company is extremely well respected in the industry, having won multiple awards, and is frequentlyquoted in leading newspapers, such as the Financial Times and The Independent.

You will be advising new and existing clients on their health & protection benefits strategy, covering:
Insurance benefits (group risk and group healthcare products)

Flexible benefits; benefits technology; benchmarking; communication

Opportunity to expand knowledge into workplace pension advice Requirements

At least 2 years experience advising clients on group risk/healthcare products, preferably within a benefits consultancy or IFA

Experience advising on flexible benefits and benefits technology is an advantage

GR1 and/or IF7 with the CII would be an advantage

Commitment to continuous learning and development

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Track record of winning new business

**Benefits**
- Competitive salary of £40,000 to £48,000, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus structure (25% of salary OTE), which is uncapped
- Opportunity to develop into a holistic consultant with can also advise on workplace pensions
- 24 days paid holiday, increasing by 1 day for every 2 years of service (up to 3 extra days)
