As a Senior Regulatory Consultant youll play a key role in ensuring our Client Services team meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance and governance. You will assess track analyse and monitor activities related to regulatory compliance governance and risk management including Consumer Duty within PRT Client Services.This will include liaison with regulatory bodies L&G Group and Institutional Retirement colleagues to ensure all requirements are understood adhered to clearly documented and shared and risks appropriately managed and mitigated as appropriate. Were looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering good outcomes for customers.What youll be doing:Acting as a first line control for regulatory and legislative changeConducting gap analyses and supporting remediation planningReviewing governance frameworks and internal controlsTracking and reporting on regulatory risks and eventsPreparing and delivering management information reportsEngaging with stakeholders to present findings and recommendationsSupporting regulatory projects and embedding required changesLiaising with third-party administrators and monitoring performanceQualifications : Who were looking for:Pension qualifications such as PMI or equivalent experienceStrong understanding of defined benefit pension schemes and legislationKnowledge of governance frameworks and Consumer Duty principlesExperience building relationships across teams and with external partnersAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and professional integrityWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
