Senior Control and Quality Analyst Defined Benefits

Were looking for a Senior Control and Quality Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement this role youll play a key part in maintaining high standards of quality and risk management across our processes ensuring excellent customer outcomes and supporting operational excellence. Youll use your technical knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions to provide assurance coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.What youll be doing:Undertaking control testing and quality assurance assessments across processes and individual performanceProviding coaching and feedback to team managers and members based on QA resultsAnalysing QA performance and customer data to identify training gaps and improvement opportunitiesReviewing and adapting QA strategies to maintain high standards of risk management and control performanceTesting and documenting processes to ensure consistency and compliance with UK PRT requirementsMaintaining accurate audit trails and producing data-driven recommendations for performance improvementSupporting less experienced team members with training and guidance on new processesKeeping internal customers and third parties updated to ensure excellent customer outcomesQualifications : Who were looking for:Strong understanding of Defined Benefit pensions and PRT products and processesKnowledge of relevant legislation including GDPR Money Laundering Complaints and Treating Customers FairlyFamiliarity with risk control audit and assurance practicesAbility to manage tight deadlines and prioritise effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to improving service and outcomesAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracyCollaborative team player who can coach and support othersWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
