Operations Coordinator

This position is accountable for ensuring all NCM’S on site and in house operations are organised and coordinated precisely focusing on delivering a best-in-class service for both the client and the buyers. As the face of the business to both our buyers and clients as at times you will be the only person they meet in person whilst the job itself is practical in its nature, delivering a quality service in person is of paramount importance.
Ensuring all of that is done safely and to the maximum cost effectiveness and profitability. This role supports all aspects of on-site operations specifically lotting (Cataloguing), supporting with collections and liasing with the client in relation to all onsite matters whilst ensuring all matters of H&S are maintained and clients are working to the specifications stated in the RAMS.
**Position Accountability**
- Accountable for lotting and catalogue creation
- Accountable for H&S both on any site you operate from
- Accountable for lotting each job both in accuracy and quality, including overseeing the lotting of those in your team including subcontractors; ensuring all lots meet the minimum requirement, have been checked for Rams requirements and included in the description and are received from buyers.
- Accountable for producing site packs completing the site pack created for each site
**Work Listing**:
**Strategic & Tactical Work**
1. Building towards and maintaining 95% lotting accuracy rate
2. Agree and implement ‘minimum standard’ for lotting
3. Ensuring there is a pack for each project including RAMs where required
4. Manage warehouse and inventory so we have a running accurate ‘live’ stock system
5. Ensure projects are bought in on budget by understanding and managing the cost base of each project in line with the job costing sheet
6. Delivering a best in class service for both the buyers and sellers
**Company Wide**:
- All work will be performed according to company policies and standards inherent in all position contracts, NCM ‘s growth plan, Company Handbook, Bright HR and ongoing policy memoranda and in the spirit of the company’s strategic objective
- All innovation and changes to systems documentation ‘Rules of the game manual’ will be quantified, tested, and improved, then documented for routine implementation
- Companywide comms should be through slack unless it is with external partners or official company matters
- Comply consistently with the ‘Rules of the Game’ and contribute to (_OM, SOM, CH) _site guides ensuring these are working documents not just tick lists
- Client and company information will be held _strictly confidential_ outside the company
- All business communications whether verbal, visual, or written need to be both appropriate and professional no matter who we are communicating with
- Employees will provide staff assistance as requested; each employee may be asked from time-to-time cover other areas of accountability and/or departments.
- Employees will respect each other’s time, space, and need for concentration. Socialising and interruptions must not impede workflow. We have an open plan office be mindful of interrupting people midworkflow,

**Job Type**: Part Time, Permanent with guaranteed 10 days work per month, all expenses paid.
Location: Office-based & Hybrid (Travelling to Site)
