**The opportunity**
We are seeking an individual to join our Mid-Market team of experienced Underwriters who is passionate about our customers. You will drive every underwriting decision and action with the goal of providing innovative and creative propositions that cater to our customer's unique risk profile and coverage needs. We take pride in going above and beyond, aiming to surpass all expectations and deliver the highest quality customer experience that distinguishes us from our competitors.
As a Motor Fleet Underwriter, you’ll be analysing and underwriting existing business. This means you’ll be in a Market facing trading role, so it’s important that you are great at communicating and building meaningful relationships with our distribution partners.
We’ll support and train you in all the technical aspects of the role and will make sure that you feel part of the team from day one.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Analyse and underwrite existing business.
- Provide innovative and creative propositions to suit customer needs.
- Exceed customer expectations by delivering the highest quality service.
- Communicate and build meaningful relationships with distribution partners.
- Take ownership of workload and support colleagues to deliver collective workload.
- Interact with brokers and intermediaries daily.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure profitable risks are taken in line with company strategy.
- Deliver quality and timely solutions for customers.
- Be a team player and contribute to a standout service experience.
