We are currently recruiting for a New Business Underwriter to join our established and experienced Underwriting team here at RSA Manchester on a hybrid basis.
**Your Role**
As a New Business Trading Underwriter you will provide excellent service to our brokers quoting, and converting New Business opportunities. You will work with your designated broker panel across a range of commercial risks including, Property, Casualty, Motor Trade and Motor Fleet.

You will spend most of your time identifying, discussing, negotiating and securing new business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.

We want to exceed expectations by delivering a consistent high-quality service that is valued by our customers and sets us apart in our chosen markets.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in Commercial Insurance Underwriting, preferably across, Property, Casualty, Motor Trade and Motor Fleet.

However we will consider you if you don't have exposure to all of these classes as long as you are skilled in some areas. You will need to be able to build relationships with brokers and be prepared to negotiate to win New Business to support growth of the account.
