We are currently recruiting for a New Business Motor Underwriter to join our established and experienced Underwriting team here at RSA on a hybrid basis
**Your Role**

You will spend most of your time working with your broker panel identifying, discussing, negotiating and converting new business opportunities and making effective underwriting decisions.
**About You**
To be successful in your role as Motor underwriter, you will ideally have experience within the Motor Trade or Motor Fleet market with either an insurance company background or a broking background, preferably working under a delegated authority agreement. However, we are prepared to consider other experience from either an insurance broker, someone with experience in motor claims or from a personal lines motor background.

You will need to be able to build working relationships with insurance brokers and write profitable business to ensure growth of the account.
