Ignata Finance are delighted to be exclusively partnering a well-known, fast-growing company who are recruiting a newly created finance business partner to join their team. This role will involve a high level of engagement across the business to aid thecommercial decision-making at the highest level. This is a key, strategic role within the finance team and has the potential to really drive commercial decision making and help to shape the future of the business. You'll be expected to play a pivotal rolewithin the organisation, supporting the company's commercial and FP&A process.
Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong and positive relationships with budget holders and senior management team, supporting them with analysis to drive commercial decisions.
- Update, maintain and development of weekly commercial trade packs.
- Ensure divisional heads understand and own their numbers by providing analysis that informs and aids decision making.
- Reviewing monthly sales consolidation and provide analysis.
- Work alongside the financial control team to attain key financial data.
- Assist head of business partnering to achieve tight deadlines in delivering budget.
- Seek commercial opportunities, cost efficiencies and control + manage risks.
- Competitor analysis and market insight reports.
Skills and experience:

- PQ/Finalist/Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Advanced excel knowledge - SQL
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Commercial acumen.
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong data analysis, forecasting and modelling experience
- Stakeholder management - manage and influence stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail.
