As an?HR Consultant in our externally facing HR Consultancy team you will provide an up-to-date, legally compliant and generally excellent HR service to our clients on a day-to-day basis. You will advise on people strategies, help set HR up as a function, designprocesses and procedures and implement them. You will deal with disciplinaries, grievances, probation and performance issues, either hands on or from afar as required. You will advise on statutory rights and payments, mergers & acquisitions, sickness, redundancies,and other exit strategies. We cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle from beginning to end You will help reduce the ‘worry factor’ and provide sensible, practical advice and pragmatic solutions based on each individual situation. You will be involved in drafting contracts, producing policies and handbooks, assisting with presentations, developmentprogrammes and also writing and delivering soft skills training.
