Bramah HR are recruiting for an HR Consultant to join one of our brilliant clients based close to Maidstone in Kent. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on various human resources functions. You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored HR solutions and support their strategic business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise HR systems to manage employee data effectively
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain HRIS records
- Provide administrative support for HR processes and procedures
- Communicate with clients to understand their HR needs and deliver customised solutions
- Provide expert advice on all ER case work in line with current legislation and employment law
- Work closely with clients on HR project work on an ad hoc basis based on business need

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in human resources practices and principles
- Experience with HR systems
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Strong employment law knowledge with good previous ER case work experience
- CIPD level 5

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
