Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking Administration Support Colleague to join their fantastic team.
As a Administration Support colleague you will support both the Sales Administration team and the Accounts team, as well as completing a variety of your own duties.
As part of the Sales Administration role you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team by assisting with file auditing, trade transfers and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the Dealership Accountant, SalesDepartment and many members of the management team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.
As part of the Accounts Assistant role, you will support the day to day functions of the accounts department from the sales and purchase ledgers to the daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Managementteam in other ad-hoc duties where required.
We work a variety of flexible patterns between Mondays - Friday; however this sometimes can include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
**About you**
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; however, no specific industry experience is required.
We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment.
Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail and be willing to go that extra mile. The passion to prioritise customer satisfaction at all times is crucial in this role.
