Our client has over 20 years’ of experience within the finance industry, they know the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to the funding process. They want to simplify this process with a no-nonsense approach that’s always approachable and gets toknow you and your business.

They are now looking for an all-round administrator to work for their small but growing company.

Duties include:

- Performing data entry, record keeping, updating, and maintaining the CRM database
- Creating finance quotations and proposals
- Checking and preparing finance documents & packs with all relevant information using various websites and credit checking systems
- Processing signed finance documents for payment
- Booking appointments with customers for documents to be signed
- Raising invoices & commission documents
- Outbound calls to lenders/banks: requesting updates, general queries and support questions
- Supporting sales through effective administration & regular communication
- Implementing the company’s policies to ensure efficient business and office operations
- Supporting day-to-day operations within the office
- Managing office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
