We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as an Operations Support Administrator. If this sounds like the place for you, we’d love to hear from you About The Role Your focus as an Operations Support Administrator will be to support the Operations Support Manager with effective administration and business functions. You will be involved in various different operational functions as well as managing data systems and facilitating communication between the differing departments. Other Responsibilities Will Include Working closely with the Operations Support Manager to assist with meeting planning and event organising Providing clerical support to the team and, when appropriate other staff, including diary management Liaising with care home managers and other stakeholders to provide administrative assistance as required Supporting the Operations Directors and the Regional Directors with producing letters, minute taking and other administrative duties. About You To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our Ideal Candidate Must Hold as a minimum NVQ /QCF Level 2 in Administration or business studies or equivalent qualifications Have 3 years’ administration experience Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner About Avery As one of the largest providers of luxury elderly care homes in the UK, we believe that the later years of our resident’s lives should be as enriching as any other.
