**Key Responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative.**
- Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
- Research, plan and implement new target market initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business and Marketing team on lead quality and conversion.
- To have a personable style when engaging with clients and representing the company.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Build long term trusting relationships with prospects.
- Gain knowledge of company, their offering and market in which they work within.

**Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Development Representative.**
- Proven sales track record.
- Target driven individual.
- Smart, tenacious and persistent, comfortable in overcoming objections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a C-Level audience.
- Ability to accurately prioritise time, highly organised and methodical in approach.
- Prior experience working as a high-level SDR or SDM or alternate relevant sales experience.
