Due to continued growth and a culture that genuinely invests in personal growth we are seeking a proven Sales Excellence Project Manager to join the team.

**The Role**

You will be responsible to drive the end-to-end implementation of commercial strategy and product go-to-market projects as the leading Project manager with a key focus on identifying, implementing, and adopting improved standards, structures, and processesto drive and accelerate revenue growth of the Sales Division.

**Key responsibilities will include a mix of project based as well as operational activities**:

- Be a driver for Sales Excellence and improve structures, processes as well as sales efficiency and effectiveness for the business
- Lead and support projects from concept to implementation - with a clear focus on an end-to-end perspective
- You are responsible for your own projects and the coordinative management of project teams
- Ensure an adequate roll-out and adoption within the Sales division of any new commercial strategy or product go-to-market initiatives
- Create presentations and analytical reports to derive recommended actions for the successful implementation of projects
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and modelling to support executive decision making
- Develop perspective market & competitive analyses
- You will report directly to the Director Sales Operations & Enablement and work closely with leaders and key stakeholders of various departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Commercial Strategy and Finance

- Communicating clearly and empathetically
- Ability to execute tasks quickly with high attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities.
- Ability to collaborate with all seniority levels (from C-suite to entry-level employee)
- Self-starter with high degree of motivation, driven to achieve KPIs
- Solid understanding of Sales and Sales organisations
- Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, and reporting tools, e.g.PowerBI
- High level MS Office skills

**Desirable**:

- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in Consulting, Sales, Sales Operations & Enablement, or a comparable role, including relevant project or sub-project management experience
- Project management certification, e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Six Sigma, etc.
- University degree e.g. Bachelors or equivalent
- Ideally, you will have knowledge of industries such as telecommunications, information technology, media, or entertainment
