René House CIC are currently recruiting for a Housing Administrator to work within their organisation. This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organised with previous administration experience to join a growing organisation based in Nottingham.
- Experience in using Microsoft packages
- Great telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Good timekeeping
- Confidence to work independently
- Great organisational skills
The key duties and responsibilities of the role are
- To support the management team with day-to-day admin tasks
- To plan and book property repairs
- To track and report service charge and housing benefit incomes
- To organise housing related documentation
- To liaise with the services team to track occupancy rates
- To manage incoming calls to the operations team
René House CIC is a growing company, this role gives the opportunity for you to work closely with company directors, be a part of a close-knit team all with the same goal in mind.
Although this is an office-based position, René House do their best to create a light-hearted and vibrant environment where you have the chance to be heard and have your ideas listened to.

**Working Hours**:
This role is 25 hours a week, Monday-Friday with flexible hours. This role will also have the option of working from home.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £9.75-£10.50 per hour
