**ADMINISTRATION OFFICER, CHANGING FUTURES, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 30 HPW, FRWK04 £15,165 - £16,319 (PRO-RATA FOR 30 HPW)**
Framework is acting as Lead Agency for a partnership which delivers Changing Futures, a program that delivers support and advocates for system change for people who experience Severe and Multiple Disadvantage. Beneficiaries are people who have previously had poor experiences of engaging with mainstream services and who may have needs relating to homelessness or inadequate housing, substance misuse problems, offending histories or mental health issues.
The service works with beneficiaries from across Nottingham’s diverse communities including BME, new and migrant communities, offering culturally sensitive and culturally specific services and interventions.
We are recruiting for:
ADMINISTRATION OFFICER to co-ordinate the administrative processes and procedures critical to the success of Changing Futures.
We are looking for people with:
- Experience of working in a public / customer facing role
- Experience of following procedures and keeping accurate records
- Knowledge of standard office software and an ability to use it to produce documents and keep records
- Good communication skills
- Ability to write meeting minutes
