**Full Time | Office Administrator | Nottingham Head Office | £23,000 per annum.**
We are currently looking for an office administrator to join our team at Acuity Care Group to assist the business and its respective regions with general admin tasks to promote smooth running of the day-to-day activities.
**Acuity Care Group** is made up of three divisions**:Bespoke Health & Social Care**, **Team Brain Injury Support** and **Learning Disability & Autism. **We are a leading, specialist provider of complex clinical care services to individuals throughout the UK. We support both adults & children with medium to long term needs.

To be successful in the role, you will need to have a genuine passion for delivering high standards of customer service and be committed to really making a difference. You will also need to be able to demonstrate tenacity, drive, and self-motivation. Excellent communication and customer service skills are key to this role as you will be expected to build and maintain effective working relationships with key members across the business.
Reporting to the Office Manager and working as part of a team, this is a varied role, involving regular contact with departments, managers, internal and external stakeholders, to ensure a smooth running of the business.
As an office administrator, you will be responsible for managing the set-up and coordination of the office, ensuring a smooth running of the business. You will be involved in exciting projects and will be responsible for administration tasks i.e., ordering stationary, managing the deliveries and manual handling while also liaising with couriers for the business.
