**Customer Service Centre Advisor - Abbot House - Bury St Edmunds**

We are looking for individuals who enjoy problem solving and are passionate about customer service. You will work as part of the Cellar Service team and play a crucial role in our customers being served excellent quality beer all over the UK Our Team areresponsible for supporting the sales teams and customers with the servicing of dispense equipment in pubs, taking calls from pub teams and providing advice (full training provided) and allocating engineers to enable them to serve draught beers, ciders andcask ales at the best possible quality.
This is a full time position with core hours being Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:45 with rota shifts to cover the hours of the department which are 08:30 - 20:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 - 15:00 on Sunday Approx 1 Saturday shift every 6 weeks and 1 Sundayshift every 13 weeks on average (for which either time of in lieu or x1.5 rate of pay is paid dependent on the shift) as well as a week of 12:00 - 20:00 approx every 13 weeks.

**The Role**:

- Speaking to customers on the phone, who need assistance with their drinks dispense equipment, determine if diagnostic help can be given over the phone to fix the problem straight away or whether a visit from a specialist technician needs to be booked.
- Logging calls and following up on diagnosed calls to ensure great customer service is always given.
- Allocating work to the technicians according to area and agreed timescales to ensure Service work is completed by the expected date.
**About You.**:

- No previous experience needed, though a background in hospitality and customer service would be advantageous.
- You will be approachable, helpful, and eager to provide a high level of customer service.
- You will be enthusiastic, confident and unflappable, with excellent verbal communication skills.
- You will be able to effectively use a computer during real-time conversations with customers.
