We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to £13.50 per hour

This is working Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am, Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm and Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am

We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.

**On top of your salary you can** **earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).**

**About the Role**
- Opening and closing the Holiday Park Reception office
- Cash Handling / Banking
- Allocating pitches for guests holidays
- Checking guests in and out for their holidays
- Answering general day to day enquiries
- Supporting the wider business where possible
- System use
- Following GDPR Guidelines
- Working with the membership manager to set up new owners with golf and Spa memberships
- Preparing daily reports
- Remain calm and focused under pressure
- Help wardens on the park at times, depending on the demands of the business.
- This is a part time role working either 24 or 32 hours, over 3 or 4 days, per week on a rota basis including weekends.
- The full time (40 hours per week) annual salary is £22,672.00 per annum which will be pro-rata'd based on hours worked.

**About You**
- Guest** **facing experience essential.
- Positive, friendly, smiley personality, think outside the box, team player; get stuck into other jobs as needed.
- Willing to carry out other responsibilities such as help wardens on the park at times, depending on the demands of the business.
- A passion for people - making guests happy, excellent customer service and friendly although assertive when needed.
- Strong IT and telephone skills.
- Honest, caring person able to understand and work towards individual's needs.
- Work as a team and contribute across the team environment.
- Keenness to learn and develop in all ways.
- Clean UK Driving licence preferrable.
