We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our flagship dealership in Birmingham.

You will be working 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £28,200 plus bonus circa £34,200

You will be:

- Agreeing with warranty claims and ensuring that all documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty procedures.
- Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Returning documentation for rejected warranty items for re-costing by service administration
- Ensuring that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards
- Making sure customer complaints are dealt with effectively.
- Handling all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the Mercedes-Benz experience is delivered to all contacts at all times.
You will have:

- Ability to organise and interpret data in order to provide clear information.
- Proven track record of delivering a high calibre of customer services
- The ability to tackle tasks in a structured manner and ensuring completion to plan and to quality standards.

Dealership sites include Birmingham Central, Erdington, Macclesfield, Solihull, Stockport, Manchester Central, Tamworth and Whitefield.

Based in two of the largest cities in the UK, LSH Auto is easily commutable offering a great line-up of new and approved used Mercedes-Benz and smart car models.
