We believe in developing you, providinga supportive and engaging place to work and offering training opportunities that keep you up to date with all the latest technologies to progress your career with us. 2x roles available 1 Full time (40 hours pw) &1 Part Time role (20 hours pw) This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of our Aftersales team. **Job Description**: Support the Aftersales Department by ensuring efficient administration of all warranty administration, To ensure that all claims, transactions and departmental strategies achieve, and strive to exceed, all objectives. To ensure that the dealership is compliantand to work effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times. Develop and maintain professional, positive working relationships with all colleagues and visitors and, when appropriate, external represenatatives. Communicate progress against agreed objectives to Line Manager. Discuss concerns with Line Manager. Be aware of team and Company news and objectives, and relevant new product information. Be part of a "share best practice" policy within the Department andCompany Job Requirements: - Invoice all warranty claims - Make sure all job cards are quality compliant with PSA standards - Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to at all times - Checking of claims to ensure all claims are paid accordingly - Make sure all paperwork are properly managed and filed correctly to assist with audits - Manage all warranty debtors. - Ensuring all parts are returned - Managing warranty parts return in a timely manner - Coach technicians and customer advisors in processes and procedures. - Ensure job cards are correctly documented. - To bring attention the service manager any issues in process or quality - To assist and support the Finance department in their duties as and when required by the Financial Controller - Register All Warranty Policies The benefits are - A Company car scheme - up to two vehicles - Up to 7 % Employer Pension Contribution - Annual holiday - 22 days increasing to 26 with continued service, plus bank holidays - Shopping discounts - through our Rewards App At Stellantis &You, we embrace and celebrate the diversity of each and every one of our employees.
