**About Truth Digital**

Truth Digital is a results-driven digital agency with a specialist focus on the flooring industry. We help flooring businesses grow online through performance-led marketing, including web design, SEO, Google Ads - and, increasingly, creative content.

We’re looking for a **Junior Content Creator** to support our content output across social media - helping both Truth Digital and our clients show up online with consistent, engaging, on-brand content.

**The Role**

This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for someone with a good eye for design, confidence in video editing, and a strong understanding of social media. You’ll be producing and scheduling content across multiple platforms, working closely with our team to bring brands to life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and schedule organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
- Design branded graphics using Canva (or similar tools)
- Edit short-form video content such as Reels, TikToks and transformations
- Assist with content calendars and scheduling tools like High Level
- Work closely with the wider team to support campaign delivery
- Stay updated on trends in the social and home improvement space
- Tailor content to suit different platforms, audiences and brand styles

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience creating content for your own brand, freelance clients or an agency
- Confident using Canva for social graphics
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Knowledge of social platforms and formats - especially Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Organised, reliable and enthusiastic about digital content
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Experience in the interiors, trades or home improvement industry
- Basic copywriting skills for captions
- Interest in digital marketing or content strategy
- Photography or filming experience

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
