The client is a small Government body located in London.

**Description**

The key responsibilities for the Corporate Performance Officer role:

- Corporate Performance Officer for the Planning and Governance team
- Reporting to the Risk and Business Planning Manager so an interest in Governance would be beneficial
- Manage the performance management system
- Create monthly performance reports for the senior management team and board
- Manage the administrative functions for the monthly Corporate Management Group meetings
- Be the secretariat to the Corporate Management Group meetings, booking rooms, setting agendas, minuting, and monitoring actions
- Manage the internal incident management system, reporting on lessons learned

**Profile**
- Be confident in using the Microsoft package including Excel; creating pivot tables, graphs, charts and formulas
- Able to manage performance, KPIs and data analysis
- Create agendas, minute meetings and follow up actions
- Knowledge or exposure of running committee meetings
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to manage stakeholders and chase for information
- Able to work under pressure, have good time management and prioritisation skills due to the varied nature of the role

The interview process will include a short online test which may be centred around data analysis or Excel functions.

This is a permanent, Corporate Performance Officer role with a Government body based in East London, with home or office based working.

- Option to work from home with 3 days maximum in the office per month, or office based, 1 day in the officer per week, preferably on Wednesdays.
