**Job Description**:
Due to the business and team development, Miratech is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager who could help the company and its managers achieve better outcomes through a practical engagement with vendors and leverage their capabilities. We need a specialist with solid program management acumen to plan across projects, assign resources, manage progress, remove barriers, manage change, resolve conflict, build consensus, and motivate team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and facilitate the process of competitive bidding;
- Organize control of: commitments given to company suppliers and their Performance within active contracts for a purchase; compliance with internal policies (procurement, budgeting, payment);
- Maintain and develop a competence center in procurement (including the database of suppliers, standard terms, templates, checklists, etc.);
- Initiate costs optimization
- Organize training/consultations/presentations for company employees on Procurement policy;
- Endeavor all relationships with Miratech strategic vendors are under control and managed professionally;
- Work with internal payment processing platform: planning, controlling, analysis of information form, suggesting cost optimization based on operations and analytics
- Back-up Head of Procurement

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years’ mixed experience in the procurement/finance/legal domain
- Multinational and cross-border experience is required
- Hands-on experience in concluding commercial contracts
- Strong negotiation and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships with peers and key stakeholders
- Passion for innovation and improvement of organization procedures
- Ability to lead through change and ambiguity effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Readiness for flexible working hours.
