We have a fantastic opportunity for a Community Clinical Lead to join us in the North East Due to the nature of this role you must be a driver with access to own car. As our Community Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager and Senior Clinical Lead in providing leadership to the team, organising and developing service provision. Key responsibilities Manage the needs of service users and their carers to ensure delivery (inclusive of all required patient records) meets all relevant quality standards and is person-centred and outcomes-focused Manage a team of staff to ensure the effective and efficient deployment of resources to achieve agreed outcomes and targets.

Responsible for support plans that are focused on living safely in the community. MDT approach to the development of effective discharge plans to prevent relapse Identify and escalate any risk as appropriate to mitigate and reduce risks. Coach and Mentor student nurses and newly qualified nurses to support individual development. Supporting individual's transition from Everyturn services onto the housing framework Provide auditing of the service on a regular basis to meet regulations and ensure high quality and standards at all times.

Deputise for the Service Manager when required. Undertake any reasonable duties/responsibilities to meet the needs of the organisation. About you NMC First Level Registered Nurse Significant experience of working with people with complex mental health needs Significant post registration experience Demonstrable experience of meeting agreed performance targets in a service demonstrating clinical outcomes Demonstrable experience of working with people who have experienced mental health problems Demonstrable experience in robust risk management processes What we offer in return We are proud to have been recognised and certified as a Great Place to Work, which speaks volumes on how much we value our staff members.
