**CULTSKIN** is expanding—and we’re looking for a talented, passionate **Advanced Skin Therapist (Level 4+)** to join our team.

**About the Role**

As an Advanced Therapist at CULTSKIN, you’ll be part of a doctor-led clinical team delivering high-performance treatments in a results-driven environment. **Your Responsibilities**
- Deliver premium aesthetic treatments with clinical precision and warmth
- Support patient consultations with tailored skincare and treatment planning
- Maintain outstanding hygiene, safety, and professional standards
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and diary management
- Collaborate closely with CULTSKIN doctors and management
- Educate clients on aftercare, skincare, and treatment pathways
- Help drive patient satisfaction, loyalty, and rebooking rates
- Participate in training, clinic events, and team development sessions

**What We’re Looking For**
- NVQ Level 3 minimum (Level 4 preferred) in Beauty/Aesthetics/Skin Therapy
- Experience in advanced skin treatments: micro needling, peels, HydraFacial, radiofrequency etc.
- A calm, confident communicator who can build rapport and trust with patients
- Willingness to learn alongside doctors and develop clinical knowledge
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including some weekends
- A strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and a passion for results
