**Job Title**:Warehouse Pallet Coordinator

**Working hrs**: 3 days minimum - full time. Flexibility with working hours, to be discussed at interview.

**Salary**:£29,120 - £29,500 (£14.00 - £14.18 p/h)

**Reports to**: (direct line): Site Operations Manager Manager

**Department**: Operations

**Location**:Corby, NN17 5XN

Focus: To handle the coordination of pallets, whilst providing fast and accurate information to our customers.

To provide a professional and proficient administration support to the coordination of pallets and associated administration requirements.

Main TASKS and DUTIES:

- Provide general coordination / administration support as required to aid the efficient running of pallets.
- To keep accurate records of pallets to avoid financial penalties.
- Proactively manage all relevant documentation, in line with agreed process and procedures.
- To update the systems with relevant data - movement of cases /pallet transactions.
- To liaise with customers, hauliers, and other departments within the company on all issues relating to the operation.
- Escalate any issues that are likely to affect the performance of the department, site, or relationship with the customer.
- Send weekly / monthly reports to the customer.
- To comply with Quality, Health, and Safety procedures and to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Years of Experience
- Customer facing
- Administration
- Previous experience working in a Warehouse.
- IT Literate including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Able to keep all paperwork in methodical order and ensuring the correct paperwork is allocated.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbally and electronically) - must be able to communicate with Customers to make sure that all relevant parties are aware of arrival of deliveries to make the day run more efficiently.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Motivated and able to work under pressure with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £29,120.00-£29,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
