**Role Overview**:
As a Full-Time Store Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, hitting sales targets, and ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. This role requires passion, resilience, and the ability to tackle challenges head-on, all while helping to grow and nurture our growing customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Team Support**:

- Manage and motivate a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure top performance.
- Build and maintain team morale and inspire them to deliver exceptional customer service.
- **Sales & Customer Base Growth**:

- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets.
- Proactively work to attract new customers while nurturing relationships with existing ones.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the store’s reputation and customer base in the local area.
- **Peak & Off-Peak Season Management**:

- Maintain momentum and focus during quieter periods, ensuring operational standards remain high.
- Effectively manage busy seasons, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- **Operational Management & Lone Working**:

- Confidently handle lone-working shifts, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
- Manage PayPoint and parcel service customers professionally and efficiently whilst ensuring they know about all services we offer within the store.
- Oversee stock management, merchandising, and general store upkeep.
- **Cleanliness & Store Standards**:

- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation across the store.
- Ensure the store is always welcoming, hygienic, and reflective of our premium brand.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Deliver an exceptional experience to every customer, resolving issues and enquiries with care and professionalism.
- Consistently exceed customer expectations to encourage loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.

Pay: £24,700.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Supervising experience: 3 years (preferred)

- Management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
