With the reopening of the hospitality & leisure we are now recruiting for **part-time door staff** for weekend evenings to work in licensed premises **(PUB/BAR) FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHTS** every week as a minimum.

**POSITION**:SIA Licensed Door Supervisors

**LOCATION**:Carterton, Oxfordshire OX18

**SHIFTS**:Friday 21:30 - 00:30 & Saturday 19:00 - 01:30

**HOURS**:10.5 Hours Per Week

**PAYMENT BY**:PAYE

**Applicants Must Have**
- A current SIA Door Supervision or Close Protection licence.
- Experience within the security industry.
- Able to communicate & write fluently in English.
- A smart appearance is important
- Reliable & good timekeeping
- Previous experience as a DS in licensed premises would be **(Desirable But Not Essential)**
**Duties Will Include**:

- Meeting & greeting all guests upon entry & exit of the venue.
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and present a deterrent
- To be able to represent the client and Red Kite Security standards while on shift at the venue.
- Be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.
- Conduct ID and bag checks when necessary.
- Monitoring guests, defuse and deescalating volatile situations in a diplomatically calm professional manner
- Remain alert and vigilant to detect and deter any suspicious or threatening activity in and around the venue.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed why on shift at the venue.
- Liaise and support manager and management of the venue.
**Documentation will need to be provided by applicants who are successful at interview**:
SIA Licence DS/CP - Passport or Birth Certificate - Visa/Right to work (if relevant)

Proof of Address (utility bills) - Proof of NI number - Personal References - Training Certificate.
