**Digital Marketing Apprentice**

The Hampson Beauty Group and their collection of company's have a very exciting opportunity for an eager marketing executive enthusiast to take on an apprenticeship in the marketing world.

Key responsibilities include:

- A solid grasp of the company’s customer and brand to ensure all elements resonate with our core target audience whilst remaining on brand
- Day-to-day of the Company’s Social Media - working alongside the Team Leader to deliver the organic content strategy across social platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
- Producing content with Graphic Design and scheduling posts, responding to customer and monitoring performance
- Day-to-day management of the company website - keeping the site updated with fresh and relevant content aligned to brand and business priorities. Working with the Team Leader to maintain the smooth running of the site, monitoring content through regular checks and measuring performance on Google Analytics
- Campaign activation - supporting the Team Leader to create and deliver impactful campaigns around key menu and seasonal activity. Executing plans in collaboration with our Department Heads including booking in press visits, organising events and bespoke campaign elements
- Contribution to wider inspiration and execution - offering general support of the evolving team needs and brand direction, including generation of ideas that feed into campaigns and amplification of key messages
- Monitoring competitor activity and seeking inspiration from a variety of sources in order to keep the brand feeling up to date with customer mindset and trends
- Local marketing - delivering local marketing support, developing launch plans as well as ad hoc requests
- Engaging potential partners to maximise visibility amongst the customer base

- Use our website content management systems to create and publish web pages
- Create and schedule content for various companies
- Actively seek ways to encourage repeat sales and build relationships with our loyal customers.
- Create stunning window displays, making them easy to change for different marketing campaigns.
- Creating informational leaflets and posters for launches of new products and treatments as well as marketing campaigns
- Upload new products and manage existing products on our website
- Use Product information to write product titles, descriptions and unique selling points with a strong focus on accuracy
- Seeking opportunities to develop The Hampson Beauty Group companies by researching awards the companies can get involved with and outreaching to different communities on FaceBook to spread the word about our company
- correct and accurate SEO practices
- Learning to monitor the effectiveness of Google analytics and ad words
- Support and assist the Marketing Manager with the changing needs of the company and offer ideas to drive the company forward
- Learn how to create reports and analyse data on different media reaches
- Coordinate content capture; styling and staging shoots
- Use web and social media analytics to measure reach and engagement and collate monthly reports to present to the managing directors
- Work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm in our office in Tonbridge
