**What you will do**:

- Use our website content management systems to create and publish web pages
- Create and schedule content for various companies
- Actively seek ways to encourage repeat sales and build relationships with our loyal customers.
- Create stunning window displays, making them easy to change for different marketing campaigns.
- Creating informational leaflets and posters for launches of new products and treatments as well as marketing campaigns
- Seeking opportunities to develop The Hampson Beauty Group companies by researching awards the companies can get involved with and outreaching to different communities on FaceBook to spread the word about our company
- Support and assist the Marketing Manager with the changing needs of the company and offer ideas to drive the company forward
- Learn how to create reports and analyse data on different media reaches
- Coordinate content capture; styling and staging shoots
- Use web and social media analytics to measure reach and engagement and collate monthly reports to present to the managing directors
- Work Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm in our office in Tonbridge

**What you might already have**:

- Confident with Microsoft Office 365, PhotoShop and Adobe
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of market trends and commercially aware of various market trends
- Knowledge of scheduling platforms
- Knowledge of all social media platforms and avidly keeping on top of trends
- Knowledge of Salon Booking software

Our apprenticeship starting salary in £10,800 per annum with the opportunity for performance based pay rises after successful completion of your 12 week probation. Looking to increase once qualified to £20,000 plus based on performance

Monday to Friday 8-4 with a 30 min break 37.5 hours per week
