We have a great opportunity for a Caretaker to join our team based in Altrincham Health and Wellbeing Centre.

The salary on offer is **£21,429.13**per annum. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week.

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday 7.30am-3pm

No DBS required.

We also offer; 27 days holiday not including bank holidays, access to grouppersonal pension plan including SMART contributions into which the company will contribute up to 6% towards your savings, training and development opportunities and NHS discounts.

To work within the facilities team to undertake general caretaking and handyperson duties in NHS Property Services premises, undertaking tasks in line with company policies and procedures. To ensure the completion of caretaking duties and basic maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
