We are recruiting a caretaker for our client in Altrincham (WA15).

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and implementation of site projects.
- Staff supervision.
- Basic building maintenance.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
- Have the ability to use own initiative and problem solve independently.
- Have the ability from time to time to work to tight deadlines.

Our requirements:

- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
- Must have previous School Caretaker experience of at least 2 years including DIY/Maintenance/Key responsibility/Fire Alarm testing
- Must be pro active. friendly and hard working and be able to start immediately

Daily shifts: Monday - Friday 07:00am-15:00am and 11:00am-19:00pm based on 52 weeks.

hours are to be discussed with site manager

Gross annual salary: £25,000 - £27,000
