Joblink is LUU’s on-campus student employment service whose core focus is to provide students with quality employment so they can earn as they learn, pick up new skills and make friends. Joblink also builds and maintains strong partnerships with local employers seeking to connect with our students.

**What we’re looking for**

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our highly committed and passionate Joblink Team as our Recruitment Lead _(known as Joblink Lead internally)_. In this role you will play a key role in Leeds University Union leading the Joblink business. In addition you will coach, support and manage a team, manage clients and strive for continuous improvement in the service delivery to all. You will have strong people skills and a passion for customer service, a team player with an eye for detail, and strong time and people management skills

Joblink is a recruitment agency that employs 100’s of students per week working within Leeds and further afield. We operate a website dedicated to student jobs, and the Joblink team attends many in-person events to promote the service and create exposure. We also organise events for employers to visit the University of Leeds campus and engage directly with our students.
