Lead Talent is partnering with a leading independent recruiter to find an experienced Business Development Manager to drive and deliver the branches and onsite growth strategy across the M62 corridor.
You will be working for a leading recruiter, who has experienced year on year growth, with no signs of slowing down. They offer expertise from large scale managed services to bespoke onsite services, combined with a growing branch network to offer localsolutions to a SME market
The Branch solutions offers a sales and service solution, so rest assured, your new business wins will have a team back at the offices, ensuring quality and numbers are met. They also offer a track record in success and technology platforms to support clientsin a range of functions, ensuring you have a 'real’ solution to offer to future clients.
So as a Business Development Manager you will take responsibility for driving and delivery the branch and onsite growth strategy
Controlling each step of the sales cycle, driving the sales plans, tender proposals and demonstration their solution models. Achieving multi key business wins and maximising client relationships
We are keen to hear from Business Development Managers with expertise in the recruitment sector, with the industrial knowledge piece being a clear desirable.
You will be keen to work for a leading player in this sector, this role will involve daily travel, but offers the flexibility of a day at home. Ideally you'll be based in the North West or Yorkshire and have track record of successes in these terriotries.
