Yep, Social Media Guruyou’ll be creating continuously engaging content to grow our presence on various social channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & more. As our Social Media Guru, we want you to lead the way when it comes to starting and followingtrends.

Our Creative Team: Group Creative & Communications Director Emma, Group Digital Marketing Manager Sunaya, Group Creative Executive Ryan, Group Graphic & Media Assistant Aaron & Our Group Copy Writers Sophie & Aiden

Location of role: Liverpool, Full-time office based 5 days.

Now we have introduced ourselves, Let's Begin...
- Capturing some Amazing video content
- Planning and producing of the social media strategy
- Maintain the content calendar ensuring posts are regular, relevant, engaging and consistent.
- Monitor and develop the performance of the overall marketing strategy
- To suggest new creative ideas and strategies for campaigns

FIRSTLY, you’re going to need some experience, ideally 12 months - a few years as a social media GURU

No two days will be the same and you’ll never get bored of the idea sessions we have which we then watch come to life with our super creative team To add to this, you’ll be recognised, internally & externally for all your work so be prepared to shout aboutit on our weekly success meetings #themicofsuccess

What are we looking for
- Social Media creation (serviced-based industry knowledge ideal)
- Advances understanding of social media platforms such as Tiktok, Insta and Facebook
- Passionate about social, love creating content,
- A BOLD, almost disruptive approach when creating, we are not looking to ‘fit in’ to our market, we want to always stand out
- Proven track-record of creating successful social media content, with experience developing a social following & increasing engagement
- A Top-Notch Researcher (If you don’t know it, research it, right?).
- An Anti-Perfectionist - slow and steady doesn’t always win the race, quality can be created to fit timescales (I’m thinking Sonic the hedge).
- Resilient & Driven = wants to follow a successful career path.
- Self-Assured & Random - no idea is a silly idea here...#wecray
- An #outtheboxthinker - if you are a comfy kinda’ happy go luckynope - we need you slithering out that box OCTOOOO
- Likes to dress smart, soz but we aren’t casual (we don’t dress down, we dress up and show up) #fixuplooksharp
- Must like Dogs, we have furry office friends in our creative team and we think it’s a little concerning if you hate animals, just sayin’.

The hours: Full time office based Monday - Thursday 8.45am-5.30pm and Friday’s we finish early at 4.00pm. Ps, clock watchers - this isn’t for you, if there’s a project we’re trying to close for the wider team, we will need you by our side, our creativeteam work together and get sh*t done. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
