We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our growing business; someone who has a genuine passion for social media and visual storytelling. You will be instrumental in growing our audience through social media with a finger on thepulse of what's coming next within social media trends. You will also support our Partner Agents through social media, digital and print content.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Developing our social media stratgey
- Producig engaging content including video, static posts, stories, and marketing material both digital and print
- Writing engaging and creative copy
- Social media calendar planning
- Regular social media posting to include planned and reactive posts
- Community management and engagement across social channels
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content is aligned with the brand
- Project management, including timing plans and status documents
- Report writing, analysing content reach and KPIs
- Briefing photographers, videographers and motion graphics designers
- Review and feedback on creative content
- Conducting market/competitor research
- Seeking out PR opportunities to increase market presence and SEO
- Working closely with our digital marketing firm on marketing campaigns
- Reading industry news daily
- Studying our industrys audience

**You'll be**

- Comfortable with travelling across the UK from time-to-time (subsidised)

And having a passion for property is a plus

**We offer**

A basic salary of £25,000 with a half-yearly bonus scheme based on deliverable projects with an OTE of £30,000.

28 days holiday plus birthday bonus day.

Hybrid working (3 days in the Central Liverpool office, 2 days working from home)

Subsidised travel and accommodation when working away from home.
