This is an exciting opportunity with a dynamic team dedicated to crafting compelling narratives and engaging experiences across various platforms. As a Content Creator Apprentice, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in a world of creativity and innovation.

In this role, you’ll work towards your level 3 content creator apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative content ideas across online and offline channels.
- Support in creating captivating marketing materials for both digital and traditional mediums.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Assist in implementing paid ad search campaigns and social media campaigns to drive business objectives.
- Produce insightful blog posts for the business and relevant departments, showcasing your storytelling abilities.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**:

- £13,000-£15,000 per annum
- Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- 20 days holidays plus bank holidays
- Free parking
- Staff away days
- Attending networking events

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- An understanding of different social media platforms
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A grade 4 in English and a grade 5 in Maths at GCSE is required for this role.
