Title Content Creator Engagement Director (Gaming) – UK Remote (£80,000 – £120,000)Company Fast-growing Gaming Tech/Entertainment BrandLocation Fully remote (UK based)Job description A revolutionary gaming product is launching in 2025 and top creators will want early access. We need one UK-based specialist who already lives inside the gaming creator ecosystem and can open doors at scale for this client.This is a pure relationship and sales role. The mission is to turn leading gaming creators on Twitch, YouTube, Kick and TikTok into paid and organic advocates for the product, starting in the UK and rapidly expanding into the US.What you’ll ownPersonally own warm relationships with mid-to-top-tier gaming creators across the UK and USPitch and close partnership deals with creators who drive gaming culture (Fortnite, Valorant, Roblox, FC25, GTA VI, Warzone, variety streamers, speedrunners and similar)Negotiate contracts, set clear KPIs and deliver high-impact contentProvide direct feedback from creators to the product team and shape future featuresManage ongoing creator relationships and performance reportingMust-haves5–10 years experience in gaming creator partnerships (agency side or in-house at a major platform/brand)Existing, active relationships with UK and US gaming creators that can be activated immediatelyProven track record of closing significant creator campaignsDeep, current knowledge of gaming culture in 2025 and what makes specific creators exceptionally influentialExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence both young creators and senior brand stakeholdersNice-to-haveExperience with Red Bull, G Fuel, Razer, Scump, Nickmercs, Courage, TimTheTatman, Kai Cenat, IShowSpeed or similar ecosystemsPrevious success introducing a brand-new gaming product to creatorsWhy joinSix-figure base salary with substantial performance bonus and equity potentialWork on a product that has genuine potential to shift gaming cultureFull ownership of the creator strategyFully remote within the UK with flexible hours (some US time zone collaboration required)Package £80,000 – £120,000 base + bonus + equity (exceptional candidates considered above band)SUMO is an equal opportunities employer.
