**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Porsche Technical Support Specialist** to provide industry leading, expert technical guidance across current and legacy Porsche models, systems and services. This is a unique opportunity to proactively support the product quality landscape for Porsche Cars Great Britain and provide a luxury experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Provision of technical guidance and support to the Porsche Centre network and to internal stakeholders as required.
- Create and distribute content using the most appropriate medium (e.g. videos, presentations, how-to guides, etc.), to inform and upskill the business with appropriate levels of information for the target audience.
- Develop a detailed understanding of technology within current and upcoming products, services and diagnostic systems.
- Provide relevant information to the Porsche Centre network regarding problems and solutions to manage incoming enquiry volume and ensure efficient repair for the customer.
- Identify problems with multiple occurrences and produce/maintain documentation to summarise and quantify them and take ownership of these problems from identification through to resolution.
- Undertake relevant training to ensure accurate support can be provided for upcoming products, services and diagnostic systems.
- Deliver assigned projects within agreed timeframes to appropriate standards that enhance product quality, customer experience, network performance and/or the support offering of the Service Quality department.
- Escalation of cases to the Technical Support Manager with relevant information and documentation when certain criteria are met.

**Accountabilities**
- To understand and assist in the delivery of business strategy and objectives
- Deliver an agreed level of service to the internal and external customer, business partners and external suppliers in line with the company values
- Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of business requirements, including the conducting of training to deliver appropriate levels of support in electronics, mechanical systems, high voltage systems, digital technology etc.
- Contribute fully within the team, ensuring that the right environment is maintained
- Ensure the appropriate level of management control and system exploitation is applied to all relevant systems
- Always adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- A strong background in automotive repair and vehicle diagnostics (Master/Gold Technician)
- Hands-on experience as a fully qualified technician or technical supervisor/advisor
- Strong communicator, with the skillset for simplifying complex systems into understandable terms
- Able to manage multiple cases and projects with precision
- Passion for continuous improvement and product evolution

**Desired**:

- Vehicle HVE (High Voltage Expert) qualified
- Detailed knowledge of connected vehicle systems
- Previous experience of providing automotive technical support
