RAC is looking for a highly organised and proactive
Administrator
to join the
Porsche Mobility Team
, based at Porsche Cars in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a prestigious automotive brand, supporting a key customer service programme.

As a
Customer Mobility Specialist
, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Porsche Mobility Programme. You'll work closely with stakeholders including lease providers, roadside assistance teams, third-party hire companies, and the Porsche Centre network.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating the full lifecycle of the Mobility Fleet - from onboarding new vehicles to billing and final disposal.
  • Managing logistics and documentation for new fleet vehicles.
  • Handling monthly billing processes for Porsche Centres.
  • Supporting de-fleet activities, including inspections and reporting.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for Porsche Customer Interaction Centre and Porsche Assistance.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Attending supplier meetings and monitoring performance KPIs.
  • Supporting project work and contributing to new ideas and improvements.

What You'll Need

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and data organisation
  • Experience in a Contact Centre environment
  • Experience in process improvement and workflow optimisation.
